Martin brings over 20 years of digital media buying experience and has worked with a variety of clients from large global brands to local startups. These include but are not limited to Procter & Gamble, Coca-Cola, Unilever, Merck, Liberty Mutual, Pizza Hut, and Citibank. Martin has a deep understanding of the complexities of the digital landscape and how to connect brands with consumers. He has a proven track of combining data and human intuition to deliver meaningful results.        

In his free time, Martin consults for startups, such as Pack Elephant, a conscious gifting platform. He is also an avid skier and competitive cyclist, but his favorite new past time is chasing after his one-year-old son.

Martin holds a BA in Marketing from the University of Colorado and a Trade Desk Inside Edge Certification.

A serial entrepreneur and investor, Andrew co-founded Ventura, the world’s first purpose-built reseller of The Trade Desk platform in January 2022 and currently resides as Principal and Chairman.

A serial entrepreneur and investor, Andrew co-founded Ventura, the world’s first purpose-built reseller of The Trade Desk platform in January 2022 and currently resides as Principal and Chairman.

Prior to Ventura, Andrew founded Choozle, a SIMPLE end-to-end digital marketing platform, in the fall of 2012 and guided its growth as CEO through May of 2022 – Andrew still sits on the Board of Directors at Choozle.

Prior to choozle, Andrew co-founded and built the RGM Alliance, a premium focused online advertising network that reaches over 120 MM consumers in the US. Andrew also is an investor and Chairman of the Board of James+James – a high-growth D2C premium furniture business (effective January 2023).

Along with his wife, Rachael, Andrew is highly involved in several philanthropies, including the Foundation for Prader-Willi Research (FPWR), and Best Buddies International. Andrew holds a BA in Economics from Vanderbilt, and an MBA from UCLA’s Anderson School of Business.

Before coming to Ventura Growth, Sam served as the manager of account management at Yieldmo, an East Coast-based exchange offering unique formats and targeting capabilities designed to reach the right users at the right time. She also worked at Basis Technologies on the account management and programmatic buying team, servicing clients on the East Coast, trading in The Trade Desk as well as Basis DSP. Sam brings over 10 years of experience in the digital advertising and programmatic industry.

In her free time, Sam loves spending time with her new son and husband, enjoying the Colorado outdoors.

Sam holds a BA in Psychology/Statistics from Boston University, as well as an MBA in International Business/Finance from the City University of New York – Baruch College.

Michael has extensive experience as the primary media buyer for nationally recognized brands, as well as, small and medium-sized businesses across a wide variety of industries including food & beverage, auto, travel & leisure, legal services, and nonprofits.

Michael has obtained The Trade Desk certifications in Marketing Foundations, Data-Driven Planning, and Trading Essentials.

Before joining Ventura Growth, David spent years across a number of digital and tech focused ad agencies working across programmatic, search, and social. Managing all parts of the process including planning, execution, optimization, and reporting has given him a wealth of knowledge that he brings to the table for our clients with extensive experience across industries such as automotive, healthcare, education, QSR, travel, and B2B.

David holds a BA in Mass Communication with a focus in Digital Advertising from the Louisiana State University, the home of his beloved LSU Fighting Tigers.

Additionally, David holds certifications in The Trade Desk’s Marketing Foundations, Planning, and Trading Essentials programs, Facebook’s Blueprint Certification, and Google Ads Display, Video, Shopper, and Search Certifications.

Josh has worked in the advertising and media industry for more than fifteen years in roles spanning account service, analytics, planning, buying, sales, and management. Prior to joining Ventura Growth, Josh led the account services team and data analytics department at FiveFifty, a performance marketing agency providing big agency tools and expertise to independent agencies and brands direct. Josh is passionate about creating a functional environment for the VG team to work in, and he strives to deliver quality work to the clients we serve.

In his free time, Josh enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter, toiling in the garden, and doing DIY projects around the house.

Before becoming a programmatic trader, Emily was an account manager, where she touched campaigns from start to finish for clients across a handful industries such as travel and tourism, financial services, B2B, and healthcare. Emily prides herself in being the clients biggest advocate and cheerleader!

Previously, she has spent time in the agency space at McCann, combating fraud and brand safety at Integral Ad Science, helping to build out a healthcare focused DSP at DeepIntent, and most recently at Salesforce Datorama, where she helped brands and agencies visualize data in order to make strategic, cross-channel decisions.

Ashley is passionate about helping companies demystify the ad tech world so they can focus on delighting their customers and prospective customers. She is a natural problem-solver with a knack for understanding complex concepts and translating them into clear and actionable strategies.

Outside the office, Ashley has embraced her recent relocation from Brooklyn, NY to Austin, TX. She finds joy in contributing to her community by volunteering at a local animal shelter and immersing herself in the vibrant culture of food, music, and the outdoors. She also grew up skateboarding and still hits the skatepark every so often.

Before joining Ventura Growth, Matt spent his career in programmatic advertising as an Account Manager at StackAdapt and a Digital Media Specialist at Basis Technologies. In these roles, Matt worked across many verticals and assisted in client growth by consulting on and implementing full-funnel advertising strategies across various digital channels. These experiences left Matt with a passion for problem solving and client growth.

Laura joins the Ventura Growth team as an Account Executive.  In her role, she leverages her extensive experience within the ad tech realm to aid clients in efficiently and effectively meeting their goals.

Laura joins the Ventura Growth team as an Account Executive, with over 7 years in the ad tech space. Before coming to Ventura, she worked at StackAdapt, a Toronto based DSP with diverse clients across the world.

Laura also brings previous experience from Sojern where she aided hotel collections, tourism boards, and attractions in achieving their programmatic advertising goals. Passionate about client empowerment and problem solving, Laura loves to break down big advertising goals into actionable steps.

In her free time, Laura volunteers with the local Shakespeare on the Green organization, plans hiking trips, practices her Spanish, and is always on the lookout for her next scuba diving adventure.

Her role consisted of building and managing hundreds of campaigns in various DSPs including The Trade Desk. This position left her wanting to learn more about the programmatic space and working with more clients.

 

In her free time, Deanna enjoys traveling, going to concerts, and bullet journaling.
