Ventura Growth’s culture continues to be one of our greatest strengths. This year, we:

- Celebrated 3 Years: Marked our third anniversary in December, a testament to our growth and resilience. Throughout 2024, we supported 680 advertisers, helping them achieve their programmatic advertising goals across a range of channels and industries.
- Grew Together: Welcomed 14 new employees, nearly doubling our team.
- Explored & Bonded: Enjoyed a ski trip, a hiking adventure, and our Summer Summit in Breckenridge and Winter Summit in San Diego.
- Relocated: Moved to a new office space, setting the stage for our next chapter.
- Gave Back: Adopted a family for the holidays, providing presents to brighten their season. Our team also volunteered their time, contributing hands-on support to local causes. In addition, we made donations to organizations like Best Buddies International, The Arthritis Foundation, and Adaptive Sports Center.

Retail Media Expertise
We cemented our leadership in retail media, delivering measurable results for clients. With key hires bringing deep expertise, we expanded our integrations to include seven new retail partners, such as Walmart Connect, Kroger Precision Marketing, and Walgreens Advertising Group, connecting brands with shoppers everywhere.

PEAK Week Success
We hosted a successful PEAK Week 2024 in Denver, inviting Ventura customers and partners to explore digital media advancements. The “Reach New Heights” theme focused on empowering agencies and brands through innovation, with highlights on omni-channel strategies, the future of TV, and retail media. We care deeply about connecting with our customers, and PEAK Week gave us the perfect opportunity to engage face-to-face and strengthen those relationships.

We launched our social impact initiative to give back to the community by offering pro bono advertising services and direct financial contributions to nonprofits, amplifying their reach and supporting meaningful causes.
