Andrew Williams joins Ventura Growth to lead international expansion across the UK. With over 13 years of experience in AdTech, he has a proven track record of driving measurable results and providing exceptional client service. Before joining Ventura Growth, Andrew spent nearly a decade at The Trade Desk, working closely with independent agencies, holding groups, and brands to develop and execute global and regional programmatic strategies.

A graduate of Harvard Business School Online, Andrew is a seasoned leader known for guiding high-performing teams, fostering collaboration, and shaping innovative programmatic strategies that drive business growth.

 

Alex Figg – Associate Director, Programmatic Trading

Alex Figg brings extensive expertise in data-driven advertising strategies across the UK market. Before joining Ventura Growth, Alex spent over seven years at The Trade Desk, where he partnered with large holding groups, independent agencies, and direct-to-brand clients, translating their business objectives into actionable programmatic strategies.

With a BSc in Mathematics, Alex combines an analytical mindset with a results-driven approach to deliver impactful programmatic solutions. His deep knowledge of omnichannel media buying and privacy-first identity solutions ensures Ventura International’s clients can optimize campaigns with precision and efficiency.

 

Jack Ellis – UK Sales Director

Jack leads Ventura’s UK sales efforts, driving new business into The Trade Desk through Ventura’s role as a Certified Service Partner. With 15+ years in digital media sales, Jack specializes in building strategic partnerships and crafting innovative sales strategies that deliver real results.

Before joining Ventura, Jack held senior roles at top platforms, leading omni-channel campaigns across both branding and performance goals. He’s a programmatic expert with hands-on experience across multiple DSPs and digital channels.
